## Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed once payment is complete. Prices are per property, per visit. Package pricing is based on the acreage you provide; properties over 15 acres are booked under the Ranch & Large-Acreage package.

## Scheduling, weather, and airspace
Your requested date is reserved when you book. Exact flight time may change based on weather, lighting, wind, FAA airspace restrictions, and safety conditions. If conditions are not suitable for safe or quality drone operations, we will reschedule at no charge.

Properties near airports or military airspace (for example, near NAS Fort Worth JRB) may require FAA authorization before flight. In rare cases a location cannot be flown at all; if that happens before your shoot, you will receive a full refund.

## Rescheduling and cancellations
Need a different date? Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled date and we will move it at no charge. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, or a trip to a property we cannot access, may be subject to a trip fee.

## Property access
You are responsible for obtaining the owner's permission for the flight and for sharing gate codes, livestock or pet notes, and anything else we need to know to work safely on site.

## Property-line overlays
Property-line overlays are approximate visual representations for marketing purposes and are not a survey or legal boundary determination. Overlays are drawn from the reference you provide or from public parcel data and should not be relied on for any legal, financial, or construction purpose.

## Delivery and turnaround
Standard delivery is within 24 hours after the shoot is completed. Severe weather, unusually large projects, special editing requests, or circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

## Use of media
You receive a license to use the delivered media to market the property, including MLS, listing sites, social media, print, and your own marketing. We retain copyright and may use the media in our portfolio and marketing.
